Our goal is to empower you with knowledge about your automobile to allow you to make a decision that is best for you. We do not sell you anything to earn and maintain your trust with one of your most important investments, your car. We approach the repairing and maintaining your vehicle just like it was our own. We assess what it needs now and what will need to be done in the short term and in the long term. In some cases you may not need anything at all other than normal maintenance or a minor repair.
If you feel something is not right or don’t quite understand what you are being told, please ask any question you may have. We invite customer involvement in the process of repairing your vehicle.
However, if you answer is “no” or “not at this time” that will always be respected. If the repair is critical to avoid a vehicle breakdown, our Service Advisor may be persistent regardless if the vehicle is repaired by us or another facility for your own safety. We want to make sure you understand what needs to be done and the urgency, (if there is) to get it repaired and make sure your vehicle is operating as it should. Breakdowns are avoidable if your vehicle is maintained and repaired properly.
Consider supplementing your vehicle’s factory warranty with an Extra Care Vehicle Service Agreement we your vehicle’s components while providing you with benefits like towing reimbursement. Depending on how many miles you drive and how long you plan to keep your vehicle, we have protection plans to meet your needs.
